What you’ll do:

Set up and maintain Positions on Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring appropriate authorisation and timely updates.
-
Work closely with Employment Services to ensure Position changes are processed accurately and efficiently.

-
Support shared protocols between People & OD and Finance to ensure alignment of Position data across systems.
-
Maintain Position‑to‑Position reporting structures and support organisational unit changes and restructures.

-
Assist in developing and improving Position management processes, documentation and stakeholder communications.
-
Attend meetings with senior stakeholders to review staff lists, reporting structures and data accuracy.
-
Contribute to the continuous development of the Systems function and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
