What will your work involve?
- comprehensive management of the branch and responsibility for its success and
- quality of operations, guiding the team in achieving sales goals, and regularly monitoring business results,
- leading, motivating, and developing colleagues and encouraging their independence
- and responsibility,
- implementing the bank's advisory model in the team's daily work
- and customer interactions,
- regular involvement in branch work and supporting colleagues in more complex advisory situations,
- identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and promoting comprehensive consulting,
- developing long-term relationships with customers and ensuring a high-quality
- user experience,
- connecting the branch with the local environment and developing cooperation
- planning, organizing, and monitoring work in accordance with the bank's guidelines,
- monitoring customer needs and market opportunities and introducing improvements to operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a colleague who knows how to understand the broader business picture when assessing credit proposals, while remaining attentive to data and risks that can significantly influence the decision.
We value in you:
- the ability to guide the team toward an advisory way of working,
- business orientation and responsibility for branch results,
- understanding of customer needs and the ability to build long-term relationships,
- developed leadership, advisory, and communication skills,
- independence, decisiveness, and a responsible approach,
- knowledge of the English language is desirable.
What do we expect?
- at least a secondary education in economics or another relevant field,
- at least three years of experience in the same or comparable positions, active knowledge of the English language,
- developed leadership experience
- knowledge of the English language
- licenses in the field of insurance and asset management
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office software tools.
