Job Description
The Opportunity
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the operating core of the go-to-market system for Experian UK&I, and the Head of RevOps owns it.
This is the role that turns commercial strategy into a number leadership can commit to. You will own the forecasting framework, pipeline governance, sales operating rhythm, systems, analytics, planning and productivity initiatives that underpin business performance. Leading a team of specialists across forecasting, analytics, systems, incentives, planning, automation and enablement, you will build and evolve the operating engine that supports Experian UK's ambitious growth agenda.
This role combines operational leadership with strong commercial and financial judgement. You will be as comfortable challenging forecast assumptions, margins and cost lines as you are improving pipeline quality, seller productivity and data integrity.
The Context
RevOps sits alongside Commercial Growth and Partners & Alliances within Sales Strategy & Operations and provides the trusted forecast, planning discipline, data foundation and operating cadence that enable commercial success.
As Experian UK&I pursues significant growth over the coming years, RevOps plays a critical role in ensuring leadership can make decisions based on insight, confidence and financial rigour.

- Improve seller productivity through process simplification, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Lead sales methodology, training and adoption programmes that improve consistency and execution across the sales organisation.
- Establish robust renewal forecasting and retained revenue visibility, identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Own the operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews and planning cycles.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing RevOps team while managing the function's budget and priorities.
