Job Description

The collections backoffice supports the credit recovery operation: agreement , payment reconciliation, write-offs, exception handling, and collections workflow control. It is a high-volume area with a direct impact on revenue recovery, provisioning, and legal risk.


  • Execute daily write-off and payment reconciliation routines (bank slips, Pix, automatic debit, credit card)
  • Register and formalize negotiation agreements in the system
  • Handle operational queues and simple exceptions within the SLA
  • Issue and control bank slips, payment booklets, and discharge documents
  • Update control spreadsheets and support report extraction
  • Address clarification requests from collections and customer service teams

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Organization and attention to detail — write-off errors lead to improper collections
  • Good written communication
  • Desirable: experience in collections, finance, or accounts receivable
