The B2B Team

You will be part of the B2B team, a fantastic, experienced, and professional team that works to position the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion.

Mission of the role

Ensure excellence in the management and optimization of the corporate client portfolio through the design, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives based on behavioral data. Your goal will be to transform large volumes of information into actionable alerts and automated workflows, ensuring that each audience meets the strategic retention and growth objectives set for the operation.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

• Data Analysis: Process databases to identify behavioral patterns and trends in service usage.
• Automations: Connect tools, automate reports, and generate preventive alerts.
• Operational Segmentation: Support the classification of accounts based on activity levels and customer health.

What are we looking for?

• Affinity with our principles.
• Studies in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Ability to design and apply segmentation models.
• Ability to translate segmentation findings into actionable alerts and retention or growth tactics.
• Knowledge of Python and G-Script is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools is desirable. Tableau is desirable.
