For our location in Munich (in a hybrid working model), we are looking for students starting October 1, 2027, for a

Dual Study Program (m/f/d) in Business Administration - Healthcare Management

in cooperation with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) at the Lörrach campus.

The training takes place in alternating practical phases at the company and study phases at the university in Lörrach.

About the dual study program

During your 3-year degree, you will alternate every three months between theory at the university and practice at the company, giving you the opportunity to gain diverse insights into the healthcare market and connect your experiences. You will take on your own tasks and smaller projects, thereby making an important contribution to the big picture. We support you through individual mentoring in your personal development, strengthen your talents, and help you gain initial hands-on experience. During your practical phases with us, you will get to know departments including: Marketing and Sales, Purchasing and Logistics, Accounting and Controlling, and Market Access.

What defines you

Basically: You have your (specialized) university entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) and, in addition to good grades, you are characterized by fluent German and good English skills. Furthermore, you are a proactive and trustworthy personality and want to contribute your own creative ideas in a dynamic environment. With your positive, unbiased, and open attitude, you help us challenge the status quo and thus play an active role in developing new concepts, ideas, and solutions.
