As a Reliability & Methods Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of the preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, and qualification plan for site equipment and systems, ensuring that the necessary resources, spare parts, and time are available for their proper execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance and associated costs of assets.

Key :

• Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities based on equipment and resource availability to ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance and calibration plans.

• Develop and implement maintenance and continuous improvement strategies for site equipment and systems.

• Monitor the performance of equipment and systems as well as associated costs (MTTR, MTBF, Bad actors, OOT).

• Optimize spare parts inventory (maximums and minimums, Stock, criticality).

• Establish strategies to reduce corrective maintenance costs for site equipment and assets.

• Manage the CMMS/CCMS for the engineering and maintenance area.

• Manage the spare parts warehouse.

• Monitor and control the budget assigned to maintenance and reliability area activities.

About You

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of previous experience as a reliability leader and in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

• Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of planning and scheduling maintenance activities, statistical analysis, and failure analysis (FMEA, RCA, etc.). Experience managing maintenance CMMS. Leadership skills and the ability to influence at different hierarchical levels. Analytical and complex problem-solving skills, results-oriented. Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions analytically. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive approach and oriented toward innovation in continuous process improvement.

• Education: University degree in Mechatronics, , Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English.
