Overview
You will join the Digital Business Partner team and contribute to the realization of relevant initiatives in the Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking sectors, working proactively and with a results-oriented mindset in close contact with business stakeholders, control functions, and IT teams, in order to identify the most effective and efficient ways to achieve the objectives of the Industrial Plan.
What your activities will be
- Understand project requirements and support the best methods for their implementation
- Support the management of project streams, monitoring progress, timelines, costs, and quality of deliverables, utilizing corporate AI tools
- Foster continuous dialogue between different user stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment between requirements, costs, regulatory constraints, and solutions
- Contribute to the collection and formalization of business and regulatory requirements, preparing the related documentation
- Analyze operational, regulatory, and technological impacts, ensuring consistency between requirements, operating models, and target architecture
- Actively support testing, monitoring, and the release of implemented solutions
- Prepare project documentation, identifying points of attention and relevant issues
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital, organizational, or regulatory projects in the Banking sector with a focus on Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking
- Degree preferably in economic or scientific disciplines
- Knowledge of Financial Markets, Investment Banking, and Regulatory Reporting
- Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and preparation of project documentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the English language at least at level B2 according to the CEFR scale
- Project Management and monitoring of activities, timelines, and progress
- Ability to analyze risks and impacts
- Knowledge/use of AI tools
- Aptitude for continuous experimentation and the evolution of processes, solutions, and modus operandi, also leveraging the potential enabled by AI
- Proactivity, flexibility, reliability, problem-solving
- Effective written and oral communication
- Knowledge of the main regulations in the Capital Markets field (MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, MAR, Investor Protection and Product Governance, Dodd Frank Act - Swap Dealer) is a preferential qualification
- Having completed study and/or work paths in an international environment is a preferential qualification
