Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Achieving financial and sales goals in the SME segment.
  • Managing the effective sales of banking products (e.g., leasing, factoring, savings, treasury, cross-selling).
  • Prospecting for new, strategically important SME clients and building relationships.
  • Professionally conducting price negotiations.
  • Identifying complex customer needs and recommending customized solutions.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Making business decisions and preparing decisions.
  • Managing client portfolios, monitoring loans, restructuring, and handling problematic cases.
  • Selecting, developing, mentoring, and motivating new colleagues.
  • Leading, supporting, and motivating the colleagues entrusted to you.
  • Setting regional priorities, delegating tasks, holding people accountable, and ensuring completion by deadlines.

This is for you if:

  • You are familiar with SME banking products (e.g., account management, loans, leasing, factoring).
  • You follow industry trends.
  • You prepare financial statements and analyses (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • You use sales techniques and tools at a high level in your work.
  • You have excellent organizational and leadership skills (e.g., meeting management, prioritization, events).
  • You use the English language at least at an intermediate level in both speech and writing.
  • You have a higher education degree in economics.
