Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Achieving financial and sales goals in the SME segment.
- Managing the effective sales of banking products (e.g., leasing, factoring, savings, treasury, cross-selling).
- Prospecting for new, strategically important SME clients and building relationships.
- Professionally conducting price negotiations.
- Identifying complex customer needs and recommending customized solutions.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Making business decisions and preparing decisions.
- Managing client portfolios, monitoring loans, restructuring, and handling problematic cases.
- Selecting, developing, mentoring, and motivating new colleagues.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the colleagues entrusted to you.
- Setting regional priorities, delegating tasks, holding people accountable, and ensuring completion by deadlines.
This is for you if:
- You are familiar with SME banking products (e.g., account management, loans, leasing, factoring).
- You follow industry trends.
- You prepare financial statements and analyses (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- You use sales techniques and tools at a high level in your work.
- You have excellent organizational and leadership skills (e.g., meeting management, prioritization, events).
- You use the English language at least at an intermediate level in both speech and writing.
- You have a higher education degree in economics.
