Job Description
The Facilities Analyst is the guardian of legal documentation and "Soft Services," focusing on the physical aspects that directly impact well-being in the work environment. This involves activities such as cleaning, organization, landscaping, reception, waste management, and visual communication. The pursuit of excellence in providing these services demonstrates a commitment to "creating the best" environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Higher education in progress/completed
- Availability for occasional travel
- Experience with customer service in building services management, for example: reception, cleaning, supplies, landscaping, etc.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills;
- Critical eye to identify opportunities for improvements in operations and service excellence
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and resilience;
- Hands-on profile, proactive, collaborative with ease of working in a team, excellent interpersonal relationships, and a love for serving people
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Promote stakeholder satisfaction: clients, end-users, and other parties directly related to service provision, driving positive impacts on operations;
- Awareness and practice of sustainability and conscious consumption
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
