Compensation Package:

• Gross annual salary: 61,000 - 81,250 euros. The salary range reflects the full-time base salary we expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. The base salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience and skills gained in the role.

The Care Manager ensures up-to-date medical-scientific information in compliance with the SmPC (Summary of Product Characteristics). They effectively communicate the clinical value of products to relevant specialists in the field of rare diseases.

The role involves building and maintaining solid relationships with clinicians and centers, ensuring accurate information on medications in compliance with applicable regulations and Biogen's ethical, legal, and compliance standards, while supporting healthcare professionals in removing key barriers to therapy access.

They are responsible for the success of medications in assigned accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, value & access, medical, and logistics) to create value for patients and stakeholders, ensuring sustainable growth.

**Key **:

• Analyze the patient/physician context and develop a solid understanding of rare diseases in compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute territorial business plans, coordinating with Value & Access and Medical.
• Define and implement strategic account and territory plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop centers of excellence and facilitate access to therapies.
• Provide insights to management for the identification and segmentation of key accounts.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of stakeholder priorities and decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain valuable relationships with key stakeholders involved in therapy management.

Requirements

• Solid scientific knowledge, preferably in the field of rare diseases.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in collaboration and project management in cross-functional contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Autonomy, results-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, legal aspects, and clinical trials.
