How you’ll be impactful: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and grow the product experience across our European marketplace brands.
You will define and drive the product roadmap for one or more brands, working closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, CRM, and Marketplace Success to improve the end-to-end customer journey, with a particular focus on mobile experience, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Our European brands operate across several markets, platforms, and technology environments. A key part of this role will be balancing local customer needs and short-term performance opportunities with a consistent, scalable product approach. You will use customer insights and data to identify opportunities, prioritize the roadmap, and measure the impact of what you ship.
Please note: This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for one or more European marketplace brands, aligned with business priorities.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on user research, data insights and business impact.
- Analyze product usage and customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities across registration, onboarding, advisor discovery, consultation, payment, repeat usage, and reactivation.
- Champion a mobile-first approach and identify opportunities to improve the mobile web and app experiences across our European portfolio.
- Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, to validate hypotheses and measure impact on conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Marketplace Success teams to align product initiatives with acquisition, customer retention, advisor performance, and marketplace goals.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, evaluate the impact of releases and experiments, and use learnings to continuously improve the roadmap.
- Develop clear business cases that articulate customer value, expected business impact, required investment, dependencies, and key risks.
- Navigate local market specificities and legacy technology environments while contributing to a consistent and scalable product approach.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, outcomes, and trade-offs clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2C, marketplace, subscription or e-commerce environment.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and drive it from vision through execution and impact measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Experience improving mobile-first consumer experiences across mobile web and/or native applications.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer, product, and business data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B tests, and interpreting their results.
- Experience with product analytics and customer insight tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and operational teams.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and competing priorities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple markets or brands simultaneously. Experience working across multiple countries, brands, platforms, or legacy technology environments is a strong plus.
- A results-oriented and collaborative approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with senior and executive leadership.
- Fluent French and English required; German is a plus given the European scope of this role.
