Salary conditions

3,400 EUR/month

The final level of the base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Purpose and job description

We are looking for a colleague who will coordinate the assessment process of outsourcing activities, provide advice to internal clients, identify risks, control their mitigation, and guide them in preparing documentation.

In addition to the primary responsibility for the area of outsourcing, they will also participate in activities related to DORA, especially in managing and updating the information register, coordinating the preparation of risk assessments related to ICT service providers, and implementing regulatory requirements into the bank's internal processes.

and work duties for this position:

• Coordinate and methodically manage the process of assessing, approving, and continuously monitoring outsourcing relationships.
• Provide expert advice to internal clients in the field of outsourcing, especially in identifying outsourcing activities, assessing regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and preparing documentation necessary for the approval and ongoing evaluation of outsourcing.
• Coordinate the regular assessment and reassessment of risks of outsourcing relationships, support the implementation of corrective measures, and oversee the resolution of identified deficiencies and critical risk areas.
• Ensure the compliance of outsourcing contracts with internal rules and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for managing the register of outsourcing contracts and related documentation supporting the outsourcing approval and monitoring process.
• Provide assistance during internal and external audits related to outsourcing.
• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and supporting documents with intensive use of MS Excel.
• Coordinate the collection of documents, monitor the fulfillment of deadlines, and actively communicate with responsible parties across the organization.
• Collaborate with the parent company, professional departments of the bank, and other stakeholders in implementing and complying with outsourcing and regulatory requirements.

Required experience

• Master's degree (university education, 2nd degree)

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

• professional, persuasive, and cultured communication,
• English language at B2 level
• analytical thinking and good organizational skills,
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
• ability to work effectively even in less user-friendly information systems,
• ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate multiple activities simultaneously, and maintain a constructive approach even in demanding or ambiguous situations,
• consistency, responsibility, and result orientation,
• experience in risk management, compliance, legal agenda, or outsourcing from the regulated environment of financial institutions is an advantage.
