As a Small Business Regional Manager, you will have a key role in:

  • Managing and developing the client portfolio of the Small Business area, exploiting the business potential of the designated territory, and establishing new client relationships.
  • Complex management of the banking, investment, savings, and financing needs of the small business client base, and high-quality development of client relationships.
  • Directing and supporting corporate banking advisors belonging to the area and continuously monitoring their performance.
  • Coordinating sales and acquisition activities that support the achievement of business goals.
  • Planning and implementing business development activities for the area and regularly monitoring the results.
  • Supporting the professional development of staff, developing their competencies, and creating training and succession plans.
  • Uniting colleagues working in multiple geographical locations as a team. (Pécs, Kaposvár, Zalaegerszeg, Nagykanizsa, Szekszárd, Baja)
  • Investment consulting and preparation of loan transactions, in compliance with laws and internal regulations.
  • Managing credit and operational risks and responsibly exercising delegated decision-making powers.
  • Supervising the operational and administrative functioning of the area and ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
  • Representing the Bank at client events.

This is for you if:

  • You have a higher education degree in economics or finance.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in managing a small business / SME client base.
  • You have leadership/mentoring experience and enjoy developing and directing a team.
  • You possess confident financial, lending, and investment knowledge.
  • You have good communication and negotiation skills and work with a customer-centric approach.
  • You are results-oriented and approach your tasks with a strategic mindset.
