As a Product Quality Assurance Pharmacist / Batch Release Lead within our Quality team at the Sanofi Ambarès production site (33), you will ensure product quality and certify batches of semi-finished and finished products, contributing directly to the availability of essential treatments for patients. Integrated into a Product QA team attached to an Autonomous Production Unit, you will play a key role in the site's quality performance.

Key
- Certify, by delegation, batches of products manufactured in compliance with GMP, group standards, and marketing authorizations
- Ensure the follow-up and closure of deviations, CAPA, effectiveness reviews, and change controls within the allotted timeframes
- Manage quality documentation and status changes in real-time in the ERP and LIMS
- Be present on the shop floor to support the application of GMP and problem-solving
- Conduct self-inspections, participate in audits and regulatory inspections, and ensure compliance with procedures
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects (GPS3, SMED, 5S) in conjunction with Production teams
- Participate in the site's pharmaceutical on-call and standby planning

About you
- Experience: Experience in Quality Assurance or Production at an industrial pharmaceutical site
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality assurance principles, and investigation methodologies
- Soft skills: Rigor, reliability, proactivity, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to make risk-based decisions
- Education: Pharmacy degree or equivalent allowing registration with the CNOP for batch certification
- Languages: Fluent French and English

The salary range for this position is: €42,400.00 - €56,533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
