About the Role

The Alliance Manager is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong commercial focus, responsible for driving alliances in the COPAC region, which includes the Andean region, Central America, and the Caribbean.

This role aligns diverse stakeholder groups, develops tailored strategies, and manages the full lifecycle of alliances, from negotiation to execution. As an effective communicator, the manager builds long-term relationships, ensures successful implementation of go-to-market strategies, and identifies opportunities to strengthen revenue streams. With a focus on mutual growth and continuous improvement, they optimize business models to generate high-impact results in dynamic and multicultural markets.

• Internal alignment: Connects internal teams and partners, resolving conflicts and ensuring everyone works toward the same goal.

• Central communication: Acts as the primary point of contact, keeping all parties informed and aligned with the strategy.

• Tailored strategies: Designs customized plans for each alliance, as no two are the same.

• Efficient operating models: Creates go-to-market strategies adapted to each partner and market.

• Full lifecycle: Manages the alliance from initial negotiation through execution, optimization, and closure.

• Contractual compliance: Ensures milestones, reports, and regulatory requirements are met.

• Trusted relationships: Builds solid, long-term bonds with partners, seeking mutual growth.

• Diplomatic bridge role: Manages expectations and resolves conflicts between organizations.

• Continuous improvement: Applies learnings from each alliance to optimize future collaborations and strengthen the area's practices.

About You

• Experience: 5 years of proven commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Technical skills and soft skills: Results-oriented, planning, strategy, attention to detail, leadership, networking, effective in-person and virtual communication, analytical capacity, sense of anticipation, teamwork, pragmatism, empathy, and creativity.

• Academic background: University degree in business or health-related fields.

• Languages: Spanish 100%, advanced level English.
