Cadent is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to lead processes, analytics, and systems that support our revenue organization. This role will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional leadership to improve how we plan, forecast, measure, and scale our go-to-market efforts. The Senior Associate, Revenue Operations will connect data, technology, and business strategy to improve revenue visibility, sales productivity, and operational effectiveness. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Partner with Sales and executive leadership on revenue strategy, annual planning, territory design, quota allocation, capacity planning, and other go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs that provide leadership with actionable insights into revenue performance, pipeline health, conversion, productivity, and business trends.
- Identify revenue risks and opportunities through data analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions – Rate Requests.
- Supports and makes suggestions to improve end-to-end revenue processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve cross-functional handoffs, and increase seller productivity.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
- Optimize CRM and revenue technology capabilities, ensuring strong data quality, governance, adoption, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and scale.
- Assist with scalable processes and operating standards that support Cadent's continued growth.
- Partners with Director of Rev-Ops to partner with senior leadership, presenting business performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or a related function.
- Experience supporting a complex B2B sales organization; experience in AdTech, MarTech, media, SaaS, or technology strongly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Knowledgeable of CRM platforms, revenue technology, data governance, and process automation.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Client Success, and senior leadership.
- Good experience with project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

Pay Range
USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
