For our Animal Health location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a
Visual Inspection Operator
About the role
As an Operator, you will inspect filled products both manually and via an automated visual inspection machine. This involves the visual inspection and vacuum testing of animal vaccines. You are responsible for assessing quality, completing batch documentation, taking samples on time, managing logistics, and ensuring that a batch is delivered complete. In case of deviations, you will communicate and report these to your supervisor.
This is a 2-shift position from Monday to Friday.

The Sterile Filling & Freeze-drying Department (SFFD) is part of the Integrated Process Team (IPT) Live Vaccines within our Boxmeer location. Here, animal health products are manufactured and packaged. IPT Live Vaccines is responsible for producing live vaccines according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Visually inspecting products

Vacuum testing products

Starting up, monitoring, and producing with an automated visual inspection machine

Preparing samples taken during production for shipment

Mastering all tasks in the department's work area after training

Reporting deviations from safety regulations, procedures, and malfunctions to the supervisor

Adhering to guidelines and observing applicable regulations during work (e.g., GMP and SHE)
We ask for

At least a completed MBO2 education (Preferably MBO3 Vapro, bioprocess technology, process technology, or similar/higher)

Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus
-
Experience working with GMP is a plus
-
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in the Dutch language

Willingness to work in a two-shift system on a 5-day schedule

You have technical knowledge and/or an affinity for technology
