Overview

You will join the Digital Business Partner team and contribute to the realization of significant initiatives in the areas of Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking. You will proactively, independently, and with a results-oriented mindset foster and coordinate active dialogue among all stakeholders (business representatives, control functions, and IT teams), building solid relationships to identify the most effective and efficient ways to achieve the objectives of the Industrial Plan.

What your activities will be

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Digital Assets strategy, identifying market trends, new business opportunities, and potential applications of Blockchain/DLT in financial services
• Support the development of innovative products and services in the areas of Digital Asset Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, DLT, and financial market infrastructures
• Actively participate in formalizing project requirements and identifying the best methods for their implementation
• Support end-to-end strategic and project initiatives, from the idea and business case phase to the definition of the operating model, implementation, and subsequent go-to-market
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate solutions and technological architectures, ensuring consistency between business needs, technical feasibility, and security and scalability requirements
• Ensure continuous dialogue between the various user and IT stakeholders, guaranteeing alignment between needs, costs, regulatory constraints, and solutions
• Contribute to the collection and formalization of business and regulatory requirements, verifying the related documentation
• Prepare project documentation, supporting the preparation of key project update moments (relevant meetings, status reports, Steering committees, etc.)

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital, organizational, or regulatory projects in the Banking sector with a focus on Compliance Financial Markets and Investment Banking
• Degree, preferably in economic or scientific disciplines
• Solid knowledge of the Digital Assets world, with particular reference to DLT/Blockchain, tokenization, Digital Securities, and Digital Asset Custody
• Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and project documentation preparation
• Experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects, with the ability to interface with Business, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations stakeholders
• Knowledge/use of AI tools
• Aptitude for continuous experimentation and the evolution of processes, solutions, and modus operandi, also leveraging the potential enabled by AI
• Strong communication and relationship skills, with an aptitude for working in international and highly complex contexts
• Participation in complex projects
• Management of project economics from a Total Cost of Ownership perspective
• Knowledge of the English language at least at level B2 according to the CEFR scale
• Knowledge of the main regulations in the Capital Markets field (MiCAR, D€, EBW, etc.)
• Having completed study and/or work paths in an international environment is a preferential qualification
