The Public Affairs Manager (PAM) Vaccines manages relationships with Regional Health Authorities and healthcare institutions in the assigned territory. They promote the brand image and facilitate market access for vaccines and immunization solutions across various prevention areas. They carry out their activities in synergy with other company functions, ensuring full compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations at both national and regional levels.
**Main activities and **
- Facilitates product access within their assigned territory for vaccines and immunization solutions in the portfolio
- Collects and analyzes dynamics related to access to immunization plans, ensuring the adoption of action plans appropriate to each socio-health context
- Manages tools and communication materials specifically designed to communicate with institutional stakeholders and provide useful information in their role, including regarding economic and budget impact assessments
- Builds and maintains relationships with regional stakeholders
- Collaborates in disseminating the public health benefits of vaccines and immunization solutions, both in terms of patient well-being and in terms of sustainability and value for the National Health Service (SSR)
- Collaborates in drafting Regional Access Plans, verifies the application of the Regional Plan by monitoring developments in the healthcare environment and the market, and implementing corrective solutions if necessary. Monitors and understands context and competitor developments.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the role and has in-depth knowledge in the field of vaccines and immunization. They will also meet the following requirements:
- Degree in economic-scientific, legal, or political disciplines, or a higher degree (e.g., MBA)
- Fluent Italian, good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of DL 219/06
- Knowledge of the national, regional, and local health system and health legislation
- Specific knowledge of the vaccine market (products/customers)
- Knowledge of vaccinology and the epidemiology of infectious diseases
- In-depth knowledge of Health Economics and Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Result-oriented
- Assertiveness, persuasion/negotiation skills
- Ethics, integrity, and focus on customers and patients
- Residence in Campania, Basilicata, or Puglia
The Primary Location for this position is
ITA - Lazio - Roma
The salary range for this position is
€54,900.00 - €93,300.00
This is the lowest and highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. It is based on the applicable NCBA, as well as an individual’s experience, skills, organizational needs, and compensation levels within their peer group. If applicable, employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus, long-term incentives, or other benefits. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide further information if needed.
