Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with solid experience in microservices, an analytical profile, and a technical vision to act proactively in all stages of the software development lifecycle. We are looking for a professional capable of transforming requirements into scalable solutions, with a focus on quality, innovation, and the continuous evolution of business-critical applications.

Beyond technical excellence, we expect someone with strong problem-solving skills, good communication, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to share knowledge and drive the team's evolution.

• Work in a team on back-end application development.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, refinements, and delivery planning.
• Contribute to all stages of the development cycle, from conception to deployment and application support.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the resolution of complex problems.
• Develop scalable solutions with a focus on performance, availability, and quality.
• Perform code reviews and ensure the adoption of development best practices.
• Implement and maintain automated tests.
• Keep technical documentation for services up to date.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in architecture, code, and processes.
• Share knowledge and support the team's technical development.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team, planning, organization, and negotiation.
• Solid experience with Java 17 or higher.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Batch).
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience in AWS environments, including EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, and SQS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Spark using Python or Scala.
• Knowledge of Big Data solutions, such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, and MLOps.
• Experience with observability and monitoring using Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms, such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
