You will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and institutions, while driving decision-making through data analysis, report generation, and tracking performance indicators via dashboards. This role combines field work with strong analytical capabilities, ensuring agility, strategic alignment, and excellence in commercial execution.

Join the team that transforms care for people with immunological challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you will help deliver innovative treatments that provide hope to patients with some of the greatest unmet needs.

**Key **

  • Execute and follow up on action plans in segment accounts (social security organizations, private health insurers, payers, wholesalers, hospitals, and public institutions).

  • Participate in field visits with KAMs or independently, ensuring correct operational execution.

  • Gather market information, identifying commercial, access, and distribution improvement opportunities.

  • Support the implementation of commercial agreements and GTN conditions, including pricing, discounts, and contracts.

  • Analyze sales performance and account evolution, leveraging BI tools to generate relevant reports and insights.

  • Monitor key indicators (sell-in/sell-out, stock, forecast, deviations vs IBP) and propose corrective actions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on the execution of commercial operations, presentations, business reviews, and efficiency projects or launches.

About You

  • Experience: at least 2 years in commercial, analytical, or commercial support areas within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred, not required). Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system and the main channels: institutional, retail, and high complexity (RD).

  • Soft skills: communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Technical skills: analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or others).

  • Education: University degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Medical, Business/Marketing, or related fields. Graduated or near graduation.

  • Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English.
