Use AI to assess how you fit
Are you our new office assistant? We are looking for an engaged and responsible Office Assistant who wants to be the focal point of our everyday life at the office. You will be an important part of daily life for both colleagues and guests – and play a central role in ensuring that the office functions well, feels welcoming, and appears professional.
The position is ideal for you if you are on a gap year, studying – or simply looking for a meaningful hourly-paid job with responsibility.
Working hours are primarily 3–5 hours in the morning, Monday to Thursday, as well as occasional Fridays and occasional help at events during afternoon and evening hours.
What will you be doing?
Your everyday life will be practical, varied, and full of responsibility. You help create the framework for a good workday – every day.
Your tasks will include:
-
Ensuring that the office appears inviting, tidy, and well-functioning
-
Preparing and maintaining kitchen areas and meeting rooms
-
Welcoming guests – always with a smile and a good overview
-
Answering the office's main phone line
-
Catering for meetings, events, and courses
-
Purchasing and ordering for the office
-
Setting up and clearing away after lunch
-
Preparing workstations for new colleagues
-
Maintaining an overview of inventory and restocking necessary items
-
Practical help at events (occasional afternoon/evening)
Who are you?
You are the type of person who sees what is missing and does something about it. You thrive with responsibility, fixed frameworks, and a role where your efforts make a concrete difference for others. You work in a structured manner, are welcoming, and enjoy being in an environment where helpfulness and collaboration are in focus.
You thrive as a one-person army and work independently most of the time. You take initiative in your tasks and maintain an overview without constant guidance. At the same time, you are proactive when it comes to creating contact and good relationships with colleagues – because you know that collaboration and social bonds make everyday life more fun and easier.
We imagine that you:
-
Are proactive and take natural initiative in everyday life
-
Work independently and in a structured manner
-
Have a sense of order, detail, and good service
-
Are welcoming, helpful, and professional in your appearance
-
Communicate effortlessly in Danish and can get by in English
-
Are stable, arrive on time, and take ownership of your tasks
-
Experience is an advantage – but mindset, sense of responsibility, and stability are more important.
