Job Description

Our sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about our products, educating them on our products, offering clinical training, and providing resources. In this way, we help healthcare systems and medical service providers meet the needs of patients within their area of responsibility.

Our team focuses on patients in pediatrics and gynecology in the outpatient sector as well as in pediatric clinics. Together, we manage the entire spectrum of vaccinations recommended by the STIKO for children and adolescents. Current priorities include vaccinations against HPV and pneumococci. We work in a cross-functional, data-driven, and consistently customer-oriented manner.

As a Pharmaceutical Consultant / Pharmaceutical Representative for Vaccines (m/f/d), you will analyze customer and market data to understand the needs of your target groups and develop tailored solutions. Using modern technologies and an omnichannel strategy, you will shape individual and sustainable customer support. Together with colleagues in the region and experts from various departments, you will develop, test, and implement innovative approaches that support our overarching strategy and create genuine added value for customers and patients.

For our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and goal-oriented individual to start on November 1, 2026, on a permanent, full-time basis, to proactively build and manage intensive and sustainable customer relationships as a Pharmaceutical Consultant / Pharmaceutical Representative for Vaccines (m/f/d) in the territory. We are looking for someone for the Southwest Berlin area, as well as Stahnsdorf and Teltow.

Your :

  • Consulting and supporting pediatricians and gynecologists at eye level

  • Organizing and conducting high-quality, modern training concepts with clear added value for our customers

  • Planning regional activities within the team, including sensible resource allocation

  • Representing the company at congresses and professional conferences

  • Independent analysis and utilization of relevant customer, market, and territory information, in particular:

  • the therapeutic environment in the sales territory

  • regional Scientific Leaders and relevant physician networks

  • healthcare policy framework conditions

  • vaccine-specific market and supply structures

  • Successful implementation of central marketing and sales campaigns as well as holistic support of target groups across all relevant communication channels

  • Professional preparation and follow-up of customer contacts within defined target groups

  • Development and implementation of customized customer measures based on individual needs and potential – both online and in-person on-site

  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships through needs-based and solution-oriented consulting

  • Close and continuous collaboration in teams, especially with colleagues from field sales, regional management, marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access

  • Active participation in cross-functional projects to further develop customer strategies and achieve common corporate goals

Your Profile

  • You consistently place the needs of patients and customers at the center of your actions.

  • You have a completed university degree or completed vocational training.

  • You meet the legal requirements according to § 75 AMG.

  • Ideally, you have experience in omnichannel sales or bring a strong interest in actively helping to shape it.

  • You are open to change, curious, and enjoy trying out new approaches.

  • You are enthusiastic about innovation – you contribute ideas and enjoy participating in the development and testing of new concepts to increase customer benefit.

  • You enjoy working in a team, promote mutual exchange, and make decisions in a spirit of partnership.

  • You pursue ambitious goals with a high level of personal responsibility and master challenges in a solution-oriented manner.

  • Ideally, you have a good understanding of the Austrian healthcare system and regional supply structures.

  • You are characterized by high self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and an independent, results-oriented way of working.

  • You bring sales experience, negotiation skills, and joy in building long-term customer relationships. Motivated career changers are also very welcome.

  • You are communicative, sociable, and convince others with a professional and appreciative demeanor.

  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills.

  • You enjoy traveling and are happy to be on the road in your sales territory (approx. 90% field service share).
