The Quality Assurance team is responsible for facilitating and verifying compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and supporting production areas, ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with Sanofi group Quality Requirements and Health Regulations.

Your role as a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst on the Quality Assurance team will be to provide support and ensure that quality requirements are met and batches are released to the market with quality, safety, and efficacy.

**Key **

• Ensure that every product released for is certified and has been produced and controlled in accordance with registration requirements, as well as meeting Good Manufacturing Practices standards and undergoing Quality Control testing, through the disposition of each manufactured batch.

• Ensure that quality deviations are reported, recorded, and investigated, defining corrective action measures by supporting manufacturing areas in defining process disposition, establishing sampling plans (where applicable), and providing guidance on deviation investigation.

• Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes regarding Quality principles by monitoring the different stages of manufacturing processes.

• Ensure the registration, traceability, control, and maintenance of data in the SAP ERP system, through the creation and modification of production and development material codes via the SAP ERP System.

• Prepare Quality Indicators for which you are responsible, as well as contribute proposals for improvements to achieve goals through the preparation, critical analysis, and presentation of these Indicators.

• Ensure that the feasibility and quality impacts and necessary actions for changes that directly affect production processes are defined through the evaluation of change proposals via the change control system.

• Support the coordination in activities related to Quality Assurance, by monitoring schedules and deadlines, evaluating the need for reporting to coordination and management.

• Ensure compliance with Sanofi Group Quality Policies, as well as the requirements of the Local Health Agency, by performing gap analysis between global quality documents, internal documents, and applicable legislation.

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies, and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

• Comply with and promote Sanofi's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, with the goal of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being, and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

About you

Experience: Experience in the quality area in the pharmaceutical industry. Advantage: knowledge of production processes and good laboratory practices.

Technical and personal skills: Proactivity, dedication, teamwork.

Academic background: Pharmacist with active council registration.

Languages: Intermediate English for Reading and Writing.
