The Studio
Tommy Studios produces and delivers over 225,000 image assets each year for both Tommy Hilfiger, primarily for the brands’ global e-commerce websites for EMEA, APAC and North America. It conducts an average of 7 simultaneous; daily productions for 93% of working days within a year, amounting to approximately 1644 productions per annum. From its new state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, Tommy Studios strives to blend operational excellence with creative elevation to ensure best-in-class digital fashion consumer experiences, every day. Located in the Houthavens neighborhood of Amsterdam, the studio includes 9 fully equipped e-commerce bays running on the latest technology, 2 editorial bays with drive-in capacity, a still-life studio, equipment room, sample management area, cafe with full menu, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms and chill-out spaces.
The Team
This role sits within Tommy Studios, part of the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the brand strategy and creative content for Tommy Hilfiger globally. At Tommy Studios, approximately 25–30 full time studio associates fulfill the operations (data and samples), production (planning and production), creative (imaging, styling and art direction) and asset delivery (post-production and regional accounts) departments. The studios manage and collaborate with over 300 freelance associates for content production. The productions range across still-life, style-out, on-model, video and artificial intelligence initiatives.
The Position:
As a Senior Specialist, Producer, you support the daily production of photography for the Tommy Hilfiger brand, across both on-model and still-life categories. You are responsible for ensuring productions run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and operational excellence.
You act as a senior point of contact on set and towards vendors, partnering closely with Production, Styling, Sample Management and freelance creative teams to proactively manage priorities, resolve challenges and ensure delivery against daily production targets. Alongside execution, you help elevate studio performance by coaching junior team members, refining workflows and driving continuous improvements across the production process.

Lead the daily execution of high-volume e-commerce photography production, while overseeing external photography and post-production vendors and internal retouchers across on-model and still-life shoots.

Serve as the primary production contact on set, proactively managing priorities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the shoot day.

Partner closely with photographers, stylists, assistants and freelance teams to ensure consistent execution of Tommy Hilfiger's visual standards.

Lead onboarding and coaching of freelance talent and new team members, ensuring strong understanding of studio processes and creative expectations.

Monitor production quality throughout each shoot, making informed decisions to resolve issues and escalating only when required.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Styling, Sample Management, Retouching and Production Planning teams to optimise workflow and minimise production delays.

Ensure accurate tracking of production progress, asset metadata and file delivery, maintaining high standards of operational accuracy.

Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality and studio processes, contributing to continuous operational excellence.

Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Specialist Producers, acting as a subject matter expert within the team.

Contribute to seasonal planning, production readiness and brand briefings to ensure successful campaign execution.
The Ideal Candidate

5–7 years of experience in e-commerce content production, fashion photography studios or creative production environments.

Strong experience leading high-volume digital production within a fast-paced commercial studio.

Strong experience leading vendors in high-volume, high quality productions.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, pace and attention to detail.

Deep understanding of digital asset production workflows, PDP photography and studio operations.

Strong knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems.

Demonstrated ability to coach and support junior team members and freelance creative talent.

Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence cross-functional partners.

Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus and the ability to identify efficiencies within production workflows.
