Key

• Manage daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations, balance monitoring, and liquidity control.

• Prepare and analyze cash positions and cash flow projections to support short- and medium-term financial planning.

• Execute payments, bank transfers, and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.

• Monitor and optimize cash flows and working capital through the analysis of financial indicators and key metrics.

• Manage foreign exchange exposure and track operations related to currencies, hedges, and associated financial results.

• Manage operational relationships with banking entities, including bank accounts, financial services, and payment systems.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and proper documentation of treasury processes.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and initiatives that strengthen treasury efficiency and performance.

• Provide support in corporate and strategic activities, including reorganizations, intercompany financing, insurance, and other regional financial initiatives.

About You

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, or other related areas.

• Soft and technical skills:

• Analytical capacity and attention to detail.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and financial entities.

• Proactive approach, solution-oriented, and collaborative work.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or previous versions).

• Knowledge of treasury processes, cash management, financial analysis, or financial systems is desirable.

• Knowledge of operational processes in Brazil, tax payments, suppliers, banks (desirable)

• Education: Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• Languages: English required (intermediate - advanced).
