Overview

You will join the People Attraction & Skill-based Models office, whose mission is to lead and manage internal corporate communities as complex digital ecosystems. The goal is to foster collaboration, engagement, and knowledge enhancement, as well as to accelerate the continuous development of our people.

What your activities will be

  • Define and implement the editorial strategy
  • Identify trends, topics of interest, and community needs, including by enhancing your skills through the use of AI
  • Conceive multi-format and multimedia editorial content (interviews, articles, videos, infographics) and implement its production, coordinating its distribution. These activities should prioritize the use of AI and software to boost individual creativity
  • Develop user engagement using digital storytelling techniques to increase participation and a sense of belonging
  • Define and manage live, digital, and physical initiatives, along with the related support tools (e.g., video, Mentimeter, images, roll-up design)
  • Adopt a partnership-based approach and working style in relationships with stakeholders such as sponsors, ambassadors, and contributors
  • Analyze conversations, feedback, and KPIs to guide corrective actions

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • In-depth knowledge of digital workplaces and communities, as well as techniques and methods for user engagement and interaction
  • Excellent writing skills, digital storytelling techniques, and journalistic and communication expertise
  • Autonomy and creativity in using AI tools and software to identify trends and topics of interest and to create graphic and multimedia content
  • Analytical skills to monitor metrics
  • Basic project management skills
  • English language proficiency adequate for drafting content for an international scope: upper intermediate

5-10 years of experience in the role is required
