As an intern in the Production team, you will support the Department Head, Team Leaders, and the Department Assistant as part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, with the opportunity to interact with all departments and functions of a pharmaceutical company.

The activities you will follow with the team:

• Support the Department Head and Team Leaders in monitoring production progress and planning operational activities.

• Support in managing staff training, new hires, and updating related documentation.

• Collaboration in updating key performance monitoring tools and department indicators.

• Support in preparing for audits/inspections and investigation activities through data collection, analysis, and processing.

• Management and updating of department documentation (SOP, OPE, batch records, checklists, presentations, and document archiving).

• Support in managing department materials and consumables, interfacing with the warehouse and other involved functions.

• Collaboration with Team Leaders in preparing shifts and department organizational activities.

Who we are looking for:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering/CTF/Pharmacy

• Good knowledge of English

• Good familiarity with the Office suite and an aptitude for learning and using management or IT systems (Word /Excel /Power Point)

• Interpersonal skills, organization, and precision

• Must have a car (the production site is only accessible by private transport)
