Things are maritime at the two 25hours Hotels in HafenCity: stories of seafaring and the harbor, wanderlust and homesickness become part of your everyday work life here. In Hamburg's newest design district, we offer you a job with a fun guarantee and plenty of variety. Located just a short walk from each other, we work closely together across both hotels. We are a young team, and we love our informal culture. With us, colleagues become friends.
With 49 rooms at the Alte Hafenamt as well as the Boilerman Bar and the NENI restaurant, we work together to ensure satisfied guests. Our bar team creates explosions of flavor in every glass. We are looking for YOU—a new team member who enjoys serving and creating the best highballs in the city.

With its 5 colleagues, the bar team at the Boilerman Bar Hamburg ensures explosions of flavor in every glass. In close cooperation with Le Lion and Boilerman Bar founder and bar icon Jörg Meyer, the Boilerman Bar Hamburg is marketed as an independent concept, specifically targeting the neighborhood with its highballs. Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You take care of our guests - hand in hand with your colleagues, from early until late
- You prepare for the shift and ensure everything is cleaned up afterward
- You work independently, even when things get busy
- And you mix, mix, mix
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have completed training in the catering/hotel industry and have gained experience in a bar
- You can motivate colleagues and help with shift planning and bar organization
- You are passionate about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
