Job Title: GI Sales Representative ( - Immunology Alliance)

About the role
As a GI Sales Representative ( - Immunology Alliance), you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medicines to healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. Given the nature of this indication, you will combine in-person visits with a robust digital engagement model, working closely with a dynamic and cross-functional team—including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing—to drive commercial impact. Key :
- Execute the product strategy in the territory, translating key brand messages to the field and ensuring high-quality scientific and commercial interactions as well as consistent implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, prescribers, hospital pharmacists, patient associations) to improve brand positioning and patient access.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and customers within the territory, adapting the engagement approach to maximize impact.
- Monitor market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and customer insights within the territory, reporting relevant information to the team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements in all promotional activities and interactions.
- Stay scientifically updated and actively participate in training programs and team meetings to remain current on product knowledge and therapeutic area developments.
About you

Academic background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Nursing, or other related degrees). Other degrees that demonstrate a strong commercial orientation and interest in the healthcare sector will be positively valued.
Experience:
- Experience in medical sales with a track record of demonstrable results.
- Previous experience in the / Digestive area will be highly valued, especially in the management of PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) or other digestive therapies.
- Experience in digital medical sales, remote work, management of large territories, and use of digital engagement tools (video call platforms, CRM, e-detailing tools, etc.) will be highly valued.
- Experience in biologics / specialty markets and hospital account management will be valued.

- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in digital/remote environments.
- Ability for scientific updating, study, and self-training.
- High capacity for self-management, autonomy, and organization.
- Results-oriented with the ability for strategic territory planning.
- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and remote customer interaction platforms.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability and resilience in highly complex and changing environments.
Languages:
- Spanish – Fluent (Native or C2)
- English – Desirable

The salary range for this position is :€48 000,00 - €64 000
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
