Overview

The Company is seeking a Financial Risk Manager within the Risk Management team. Based in Dublin, this is an exceptional job opportunity with a top-tier asset management company working closely with the business.

What you'll be doing

The key will be:

• Maintain and enhance the performance attribution framework and the scenario analysis framework for all funds managed by the Company
• Maintain the relevant policies and procedures
• Validate the performance attribution and scenario analysis reports and monitor the results against the risk limit framework
• Address any data quality issues with the relevant service providers and with IT
• Discuss the problematic situations and define action plans with the investment managers and with the senior management, as needed
• Produce regular reports for the investment managers and for the senior management
• Contribute to the improvement of the risk management processes, systems and documentation
• Improve the automation of tasks and processes

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in financial risk management
• Specific experience in performance attribution and scenario analysis is a must
• Quantitative oriented degree; FRM or PRM qualifications will be considered preferential
• Good Excel, VBA and SQL skills; experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg) and experience with risk software (e.g., Aladdin) are a must; Python skills will be considered preferential
• Able to run accurate analysis on large data sets
• Languages: English is essential, Italian is an advantage.
