Job Description
We are looking for a curious, collaborative person with a desire to learn to join the Marketing team to boost the engagement experience with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Peru and Chile. Based in Peru, you will support the development of campaigns and resources for the Vaccines & Pharma portfolio, connecting internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to turn ideas into relevant, measurable executions aligned with company processes.
Main :

HCP engagement campaigns. Support the development, adaptation, implementation, and tracking of campaigns and resources for Peru and Chile, considering the needs of Vaccines & Pharma.

Material approval workflow. Support the review and approval process for materials, coordinating comments, versions, and next steps with Marketing, Medical, Digital, Legal, Compliance, and other involved areas.

Working with agencies. Coordinate briefs, adaptations, deliverables, and adjustments with agencies and internal teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and consistency across markets and channels.

Project management. Keep schedules, milestones, , and dependencies updated; anticipate bottlenecks and facilitate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Suppliers and procurement. Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and administrative control until the closure of each service, in accordance with current processes.

Analysis and learning. Consolidate campaign reports, monitor KPIs, and transform results into actionable learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.

Innovation and artificial intelligence. Participate in AI and automation projects aimed at simplifying local Marketing processes, documenting learnings, and promoting more agile ways of working.

Regional collaboration. Facilitate coordination between Peru and Chile, organizing information, best practices, and materials that can be scaled or adapted between both markets.

Team support. Contribute to priority portfolio projects and other Marketing initiatives that allow for a comprehensive learning experience.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in the 7th, 8th, or 9th semester of university studies in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate-advanced level of English.
- Genuine interest in marketing, omnichannel experiences, and design.
- Functional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with automation tools or generative AI will be valued.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a marketing area is desirable.
