About the role

As a Respiratory Sales Representative (Immunology Alliance), you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medications to healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. You will work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team—including Medical, Market Access, and Marketing—to drive commercial impact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the respiratory space. Key :

  • Execute the product strategy in the territory, translating key brand messages into the field and ensuring high-quality scientific and commercial interactions, as well as consistent implementation of commercial initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, prescribers, hospital pharmacists, patient associations) to improve brand positioning and patient access.

  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and customers within the territory, adapting the engagement approach to maximize impact.

  • Monitor market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and customer insights within the territory, reporting relevant information to the team.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements in all promotional activities and interactions.

  • Stay scientifically updated and actively participate in training programs, team meetings, and congresses to remain current on product knowledge and developments in the therapeutic area.

About you

Candidates with different levels of experience will be considered. Above all, we are looking for energetic, proactive individuals with a desire to make a difference and improve patients' lives.

Academic background:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Nursing, or other related degrees). Other degrees that demonstrate a strong commercial orientation and interest in the healthcare sector will be positively valued.

Experience:

  • Experience in medical sales with a track record of demonstrable results.

  • Previous experience in the respiratory therapeutic area or in biologics markets will be positively valued.

  • Experience in hospital account management and market access will be valued.

Competencies and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in digital/remote environments.

  • Ability for scientific updating, study, and self-training.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to plan and organize the territory.

  • Teamwork and collaboration.

  • Adaptability and resilience in highly complex and changing environments.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM.

Languages:

  • Spanish – Fluent (Native or C2) (ESSENTIAL)

  • English – Valued

The salary range for this position is :€48 000,00 - €64 000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
