Job description

If you are a precise, reliable person with a strong predisposition for contact with the public and a passion for mixology, this could be the right opportunity for you!

For our Outlet Bar, we are looking for a bartender/barlady/barista who will take care of:

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and an authentic approach, anticipating their needs.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to defined recipes and standards.
• Preparing coffee/cafeteria items.
• Ensuring speed, precision, and consistent quality of service.
• Supporting, managing, and training the team dedicated to the bar.
• Taking care of the organization, cleanliness, and order of the bar area and equipment.
• Managing and monitoring stock, supplies, and proper storage of products.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Collaborating with the F&B team to ensure continuity and fluidity of service.
• Managing payments and cash register closing.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Previous experience in the role of bartender, preferably in hospitality or fine dining contexts.
• Strong passion for mixology and in-depth knowledge of products.
• Strong attention to detail and guest orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Italian.
• Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit.
• Aptitude for training and collaborative work.
• Knowledge of cash register operation.
• Knowledge of coffee and its preparation.
• Knowledge of work tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Manual dexterity and precision.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Customer and problem-solving orientation.
• Availability to work in shifts, including flexible ones, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Availability to work evening/night shifts, approximately from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

We offer a full-time seasonal contract aimed at permanent employment, with classification at level C2 of the CCNL Tourism and a base gross annual salary (RAL) of € 24.000.

Working hours divided into 5 UNIQUE weekly shifts of 8 hours.
