For our client, a globally successful investment bank, we are looking for a Vice President to join their team in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global organisation with a strong track record.
Tasks

Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions
Advising clients during transactions, both in-house and onsite
Prepare and lead cross-product client pitches (M&A, ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally
Keep abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
Assess business valuations, develop DCF, LBO models
Coordinate and mentor junior team members

Requirements
The position requires a confident individual who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with a strong willingness to learn, as well as

6-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
Fluent in German and English
