Job description
Promote commercial alliances with various trade associations, as well as potential clients such as service integrators that have reach to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is to be achieved through comprehensive relationship-building across the different areas of the companies, allowing for an increase in the revenue of the SME VP and thus achieving the established goals.
Job :

Effectively close monthly sales (expected minimum $ 21.000.000) with new clients

Daily telemarketing of the product to prospective clients (expected minimum 60 calls per day)

Schedule appointments with clients profiled and obtained through telemarketing

Visit the client at their company facilities

Perform necessary verifications in accordance with training and the provisions of the current Onboarding Policy

Offer solutions to the client through consultative selling that allows for identifying needs and offering the most appropriate solution from our portfolio of services and products.

Send proposals to duly profiled and validated clients in Salesforce, with accurate and timely information, to market products and solutions

Increase your natural client base daily through obtaining referrals and cold calling

Review and execute monthly client forecasts and budgets

Report daily telephone and in-person management to the director/coordinator

Perform continuous follow-up with clients to ensure sales.

Perform necessary management to increase your base of potential clients

Register management performed with clients in Salesforce to generate an updated status.

Comply with the Onboarding Policy at each phase of the process

Properly complete documents for client onboarding and file them with sales support areas

Provide support to the client in post-sale product processes

Attend training and coaching sessions proposed by HR and the leadership team to strengthen product knowledge and develop commercial skills

Self-study and self-training on topics of interest associated with your work
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Higher education, technical degrees, or university students in their final semesters in administrative fields such as: business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, marketing, international trade, systems engineering, and related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a commercial advisor with sales techniques for intangible/tangible services in B2B businesses. Experience in sales for technology companies.
- Competencies:
- High level of relationship-building: relating to company executives, persuasion, influencing them, or impressing them in order to achieve the sale
- Presentation of commercial solutions: Ability to communicate a proposal/solution to the client to add value to their business. Includes the aptitude to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, depending on the audience, the business, and the objectives, resolving doubts and emphasizing benefits. Orientation toward achievement and results.
