In our team, we focus our attractive offering on the patients of general practitioners in the outpatient sector. We focus on the areas of HPV, pneumococcal vaccination, and upcoming product launches. We support our customers by providing medical information about our products, educating them about our products, and offering medical training. In doing so, we act in a closely cross-functional, data-driven, and always customer-oriented manner.
As a Vaccine Specialist (m/f/d), you will identify customer needs with the help of data analysis, among other things, and offer tailored solutions for our customers through the use of new technologies and an omnichannel strategy. You will use agile working methods. You will work closely in a team with colleagues in the region, your regional manager, and cross-functionally with affiliated departments. Together as a team, you will develop and test new ideas and approaches within the framework of the overarching strategy.
For our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and determined Vaccine Specialist (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date, who will work proactively as a manager in the territory to build intensive and sustainable customer relationships.
Territory 920301 (Gronau, Ahaus, Greven, Rheine)
Your area of responsibility:

Ensuring an intensive, customer-centric customer journey in the territory (this includes acquiring all current territory-relevant knowledge of the therapeutic environment, such as knowledge of regional scientific leaders, physician networks, health policy specifics, as well as vaccine-specific knowledge)

Customer visits at eye level with general practitioners, practitioners, and internists, as well as associated medical assistants and relevant pharmacists as a central component of our customer interaction

Independent analysis of relevant customer/market data based on data-driven decision-making

Implementation of centrally organized omnichannel campaigns. Individual customer support with preparation and follow-up of contact within the defined target groups in the territory. Development and implementation of customer-specific customer journeys across all available channels (online and offline), taking into account individual customer needs

Organization and execution of high-quality, state-of-the-art training concepts that offer clear customer added value

Planning of regional activities in the team and corresponding resource allocation

Active participation in the design and execution of team meetings to implement a regional strategy based on the overall strategy in your own territory

Representation of the company at congresses and professional conferences

Continuous cross-functional exchange and cooperation with colleagues in the team, health policy field service, regional manager, marketing, medical, as well as participation in project teams
Your profile:

You have a completed degree or completed vocational training

You meet the legal requirements according to §75 AMG

Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of omnichannel sales. You enjoy engaging with omnichannel sales and actively helping to shape it
