Aufgaben

Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
Mapping data from the source format to the target format is no problem for you
You are confident in setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
Provide consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions within customer projects
Support and further develop customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
Conduct technical error analysis and resolve issues (2nd-/3rd-level support)
Contribute to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
Experience with interfaces and data integration

Qualifikation

Completed Technical Eduction (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
Mininum 2 years of experience
Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Confident in using project management methods and tools
Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT-Security
Experience with SAP or ERP Enterprise Systems, preferrably in the Supply Chain and Procurement space and/or working with middleware tools as Lobster
