Job Description

For the Warehouse team within the Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Operator for Sanofi in Geel.

In this role, you are responsible for performing warehouse activities in accordance with instructions, standard procedures, and cGMP standards. The goal is to deliver the agreed-upon products within the established timelines and quality requirements.

:

• Receiving and processing delivered goods, including checks on quantity, quality, product documentation, etc.
• Selecting, packing, and/or delivering goods to internal and external customers
• Processing expired or damaged goods according to established waste streams and processes
• Monitoring various stock levels in the relevant warehouses
• Processing material transactions in the relevant Sanofi systems
• Completing and archiving internal documents in accordance with related procedures

Period: 01/10-30/10 with a chance of extension.

Work location: You will work in the Sanofi warehouse at Kuehne+Nagel (Klaus-michael kuehnelaan 8, 2440 Geel).

Work schedule: This is a position in team B, where weeks in day shift alternate with weeks in a late shift, and every six weeks you work a weekend (during the late shift).

Thanks to flexible hours, you can choose your own start time between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Worked half an hour longer to finish a task? Then you simply stop half an hour earlier on another day (flextime).

A late shift is always strictly from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

week 1: Mon - Fri late shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

week 2: Mon - Fri day shift

week 3: Mon - Fri late shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

week 4: Mon - Fri day shift

week 5: Mon - Thu day shift + Sat - Sun late shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

week 6: Tue - Fri day shift

Profile

• More important than experience or educational background, we value a mature attitude, clear motivation, an orderly and accurate way of working, and the desire and capacity to learn.
• Fluency in the Dutch language is a must for safety and training purposes.

• Base gross salary: €3378.55/month (excl. shift premiums)
• Shift premiums: Late shift: +16% - Saturday: +50% - Sunday: +100%
