:

  • Developing the local sales strategy for the bank branch, managing sales, and continuously improving them.

  • Continuous development, mentoring, and motivation of colleagues working in the branch, as well as providing regular feedback on their sales and operational work.

  • Ensuring the appropriate conditions for customer service are met.

  • Regular meetings with key branch clients, scouting for new acquisition opportunities.

  • You can manage daily commuting to the Szigetszentmiklós branch.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional banking experience.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.
