Overview

You will join the Digital Business Partner team and contribute to the digital transformation of the International Bank Division of Intesa Sanpaolo. You will be responsible for managing some of the most relevant and complex innovative projects with proactivity, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be called upon to build solid partnerships with both business stakeholders and application teams in order to identify the most effective and efficient ways to achieve the objectives of the Business Plan.

What your activities will be

  • Understand business needs, supporting the identification of the best technological solutions to pursue them
  • Proactively participate in the management of project streams, ensuring and monitoring the progress of work in compliance with project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality
  • Identify potential points of concern and determine appropriate solutions
  • Proactively lead the definition of business requirements in line with the defined strategy, seeking possible levers for simplification, innovation, and digital transformation
  • Manage project investments E2E, with a view to identifying possible synergies and efficiencies
  • Personally contribute to the preparation of official project documents and materials for Top Management

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, organizational, or regulatory projects in the Banking sector
  • Degree in economic or scientific disciplines
  • Knowledge of the Digital Channels field, in particular: Mobile App functionality; UX and UI skills; front-to-back logic of a CJ
  • Proficiency in budget management for technology projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (fluent)
  • Project Management
  • Experience in using AI and LLM tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in teams and participating in highly complex projects
  • Ability to analyze risks and impacts
  • Having completed studies and/or work experience in an international environment is a preferential qualification
