Job Description
As part of strategic digital transformation projects within a major player in the banking sector, we are looking for a Tech Lead React to support Front-End teams in the design and development of high-visibility web applications.
As a true technical reference, you will be responsible for the quality of development, Front-End architecture choices, and supporting developers in a demanding, performance-oriented environment.
- Define and evolve the Front-End architecture of React applications.
- Provide technical supervision to developers and support their skills development.
- Actively participate in the development of the most complex features.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Design high-performance, secure, and maintainable interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Back-End, QA, and Architecture teams.
- Guarantee the quality, performance, and accessibility of applications.
- Implement development standards and Front-End best practices.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the CI/CD chain and delivery processes.
- Stay updated on new technologies and propose technical improvements.
- Contribute to the design, estimation, and technical scoping phases.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in React development and in a Technical Lead role.
- Excellent command of React, TypeScript, and the modern Front-End ecosystem.
- Solid experience with complex and scalable Front-End architectures.
- Proficiency in state management tools (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and integration with distributed architectures.
- Experience in Front-End testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices applied to the Front-End.
- Strong sensitivity to performance, security, and accessibility issues.
- Experience in demanding environments such as banking, finance, or large accounts is appreciated.
- Leadership, communication, and the ability to unite and challenge teams.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Fluent English.
