Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Analyst to raise the technical bar of our team. You will work on high-impact architectural decisions, mentor other devs on the team, and be a technical reference in discussions that define the product's direction.

Key :

• Define and lead system architecture decisions, evaluating performance, scalability, and cost trade-offs before any team suggestion.
• Solve complex problems autonomously, going beyond the symptom to the root cause, and structurally reduce failure recurrence.
• Mentor mid-level and junior devs, raising the team's technical standard through rigorous code reviews and pairing.
• Translate business objectives into technical solutions with a product vision, anticipating impact at scale.
• Lead the adoption of AI development best practices, including Spec-Driven Development, defining how the team should validate and review AI outputs before merging.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development using GoLang, with an understanding of the language's strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience using cloud resources (queues, databases, data streams).
• Practice in applying knowledge of software design and system architecture.
• Mastery of AI development best practices, including Spec-Driven Development, with the ability to critically validate outputs generated by AI tools.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between consistency, availability, and latency in design decisions.
• Experience with observability and troubleshooting in production (monitoring, alerts, log analysis), identifying and resolving problems before they escalate.
