THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Transformation team in São Paulo!

Our mission is to improve the operational routine of our clients, making our processes scalable and standardized, aiming to be the reference area within Wellhub and ensuring quality in execution, always in partnership with other internal teams.

The goal of the LatAm Client Operations team is to ensure the efficiency, quality, and correct execution of HR client processes, in alignment with the sales and finance teams.

As part of the team, you will act in contact with our external clients, providing support in data analysis, assisting sales teams in established processes, and working to ensure compliance with operational alignments.

YOUR IMPACT

• Identify and map improvement opportunities for the Operations team and for the client pillar as a whole.
• Lead projects and initiatives, taking responsibility for deliverables and coordinating actions with other teams as needed.
• Organize meetings and training sessions with stakeholders to align tasks, request support, communicate improvements, and define new processes.
• Create documentation to formalize improvements in processes, policies, and other definitions, as well as track ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization, both technical and non-technical, to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of partner operational teams, optimizing their time and implementing controls to mitigate potential errors.
• Manage expectations and handle objections effectively.

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, extract insights, and create corporate presentations.
• Proactive profile, with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and collaborative relationships.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SQL (intermediate/advanced) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) will be a plus.
• Previous experience in process mapping or business transformation projects will be a plus.
• Experience in customer service or B2B operations will be a plus.
