Overview

You will join the Digital Business Partner team and contribute to the implementation of significant initiatives in the areas of Compliance, Financial Markets, and Investment Banking. You will proactively, independently, and with a results-oriented mindset foster and coordinate active dialogue among all stakeholders (business representatives, control functions, and IT teams), building solid relationships to identify the most effective and efficient ways to achieve the objectives of the Industrial Plan.

What your activities will be

• Contribute to monitoring market developments and regulations in the sector of interest, supporting the mapping of gaps relative to the as-is state
• Coordinate business, control, IT, and operations functions in managing requests and/or examinations by Authorities (Consob, NFA, ...)
• Actively participate in formalizing project requirements and identifying the best methods for their implementation
• Manage project streams, monitoring progress, timelines, costs, and quality of deliverables, supporting the addressing of issues and related escalations, and developing solutions together with the relevant structures to ensure the implementation of initiatives and the achievement of objectives
• Ensure continuous dialogue between the various user stakeholders and IT, guaranteeing alignment between requirements, costs, regulatory constraints, and solutions
• Contribute to the collection and formalization of business and regulatory requirements, verifying the related documentation
• Analyze operational, regulatory, and technological impacts, ensuring consistency between requirements, operating models, and the target architecture
• Actively support the testing, monitoring, and release of the implemented solutions
• Prepare project documentation, supporting the preparation of key project update moments (relevant meetings, status reports, Steering committees, ...)

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital, organizational, or regulatory projects in the Banking sector with a focus on Compliance, Financial Markets, and Investment Banking
• Degree preferably in economic or scientific disciplines
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Markets, Investment Banking, and Regulatory Reporting
• Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and preparation of project documentation
• Management of project economics from a Total Cost of Ownership perspective
• Knowledge of the English language at least at level B2 according to the CEFR scale
• Project Management, project governance, and risk and impact analysis
• Knowledge/use of AI tools
• Aptitude for continuous experimentation and the evolution of processes, solutions, and modus operandi, also leveraging the potential enabled by AI
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Participation in complex projects
• Knowledge of the main regulations in the Capital Markets field (MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, MAR, Investor Protection and Product Governance, Dodd Frank Act - Swap Dealer).
• Having completed study and/or work paths in an international environment is a preferential qualification
