Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work cross-functionally in the execution of the regional Information Security strategy, in the governance of OKRs and contracts, and in supporting training and awareness programs, contributing to consolidating security as part of the Serasa Experian culture.

Key

Security Strategy Execution

  • Align global Information Security projects and initiatives with the regional context, ensuring consistency, governance, and effective implementation.
  • Adapt global programs to the specific reality and risks of Brazil.

OKR and Performance Governance

  • Support the creation and monitoring of OKRs, indicators, and investments in the Information Security area, ensuring integrated visibility to support executive decision-making.
  • Contribute to the operation of security forums and committees (e.g., Security Committee), consolidating information on strategy, risks, and results.
  • Support the of governance processes and the creation of scalable and reusable monitoring models.

Contractual Governance

  • Conduct the governance of local contracts related to the security area.

Security Program Management

  • Perform security assessments and support risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate the regional penetration testing (pentest) process.
  • Monitor cross-functional processes and initiatives between security operational domains.

Training and Awareness

  • Support the planning and execution of information security awareness campaigns, training, and events.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and the effectiveness of actions, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Use data and automation to expand the reach and effectiveness of awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or Computer Science, preferably.
  • Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on governance, program management, and/or awareness.
  • Experience with monitoring indicators, OKRs, or security program performance metrics.
  • Experience in contract management within a security/IT area.
  • Experience in conducting or supporting security assessments, risk mitigation plans, and/or penetration testing processes.
  • Experience in supporting training programs and awareness campaigns (e.g., simulated phishing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese, with the ability to adapt technical content for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous fronts.
  • Conversational English.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience in multinational or matrix corporate environments, with interaction between global and regional areas.

  • Discretion and maturity to handle sensitive topics.
