The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution across sophisticated enterprise accounts within Wpromote's growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping drive performance through thoughtful planning, hands-on optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex paid search programs within agency environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll oversee enterprise search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other B2B organizations is strongly preferred.
 Preferred candidates will be located in PT or CT time zones to support team and client collaboration; ET candidates will also be considered for the right fit.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $84,000 - $100,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
 
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be
Planning direct partner media for always-on, seasonal, and ad hoc campaigns, including RFPing and evaluating partners against campaign goals, building and evaluating plans against KPIs, and presenting partnership recommendations to the client
Managing day-to-day partner relationships: plan feedback, creative and spec requirements, tagging and reporting needs, and making sure partners have what they need to activate on time
Communicating program updates, performance, and recommendations to the client, and joining partner meetings for mid- and post-campaign readouts and new opportunities
Leading the push for better partner measurement so direct media can be evaluated alongside programmatic and other self-directed channels, partnering with the Data Intelligence team on reporting and automation needs
Contributing to performance reporting and insights, and sharing cross-program learnings on creative, audiences, formats, and publishers with Programmatic counterparts for holistic Display and Video reporting
Working with Coordinators and Ad Ops on trafficking, and tracking changes to partnerships across plan inclusions, budgets, and new IOs
Coordinating creative between media partners and the client team, including QA for new launches and timely planning for creative swaps
Proactively bringing the client new partners, formats, and opportunities worth testing, along with any partner incentives, added value, or credits they can take advantage of
Staying current on the B2B publisher and partner landscape

You Must Have
3-5 years of experience in media planning for publisher direct and/or programmatic media, in an agency or in-house environment
Experience managing vendor and publisher relationships, including RFPs, negotiation, and ongoing performance conversations
Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across a variety of KPIs
Experience with trafficking programmatic or direct media
Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking and performance dashboards
Experience managing sizable budgets that shift frequently
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly
Strong time management and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have
Experience planning media for B2B, SaaS, or financial services brands
Experience on large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units
Familiarity with B2B partner types such as trade publishers, review and comparison sites, newsletters, and sponsored content
