In this role you will :
Contribute to the planning and delivery of immersive and interactive experiences by identifying dependencies, anticipating risks, and supporting mitigation strategies.
Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring production plans remain aligned with creative, technical, and client expectations.
Support teams in their day-to-day activities, proactively removing blockers and maintaining momentum throughout the production lifecycle.
Facilitate clear communication across disciplines to ensure alignment on project goals, creative vision, technical requirements, and audience experience objectives.
Keep the team aligned on the right priorities throughout production, promoting motivation and timely delivery of milestones.
Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and produce appropriate documentation, plans, and status reports.
What we're looking for :
Minimum of 6 years of experience managing projects within the video game, interactive entertainment, experiential, or immersive experiences industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating teams across creative, technical, and production disciplines.
Strong understanding of production planning, project lifecycles, scheduling, and risk management in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other production tracking platforms.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, anticipate challenges, and drive projects to successful delivery.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.
Our Production team is growing, and we are looking for a Producer to join us and help take our Work For Hire business to the next level. You will support the Lead Producer in the successful delivery of large-scale projects and collaborate closely with the leadership team. This role involves leading a team to create a high-quality product aligned with stakeholder vision.
