Job Description

We are looking for a professional to work on the evaluation of investment opportunities, execution of M&A projects, and support for the financial integration of acquired companies. The position will play a relevant role in preparing financial models and conducting due diligence.

**Key **

• Prepare financial models for company valuation, including historical analysis and projections of Income Statements (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow.
• Develop economic-financial analyses, scenarios, and business assumptions to support investment and acquisition decisions.
• Prepare and present financial results, models, projections, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders involved in M&A projects.
• Lead the due diligence process with consultancies and internal areas, covering accounting, tax, labor, and financial fronts.
• Coordinate budget planning related to the integration of acquired companies, monitoring performance indicators and performing Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analyses.
• Prepare financial and strategic studies to evaluate growth opportunities, operational efficiency, and value creation.
• Interact with areas, including Legal, Tax, HR, Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Valuation, Financial Planning, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with due diligence and post-acquisition integration processes will be considered a plus.
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English.
